How do I get a River.bz account?
Access is by invitation only. There is no public sign-up. Contact your administrator, or send a message here if you are not sure who that is.
My presentation link will not open.
Check the five-digit reference on your invitation and try it on the presentations page. If it still will not open, send the reference you were given and we will look into it.
Is River.bz the contractor on my project?
No. River.bz is the secure sign-in and presentation service, never the contracting party. Your agreement names the company responsible for the work.
